Seán Farrell was born and raised in Ireland. He was educated at Cambridge University. After graduating he lived in Barcelona and Southern France before settling in Burgundy. He works as a labourer and freelance editor. He occupies his time reading, writing and gardening. He lives with his partner, Irish writer Elske Rahill, and their various sons, Phoenix, Fintan and Brocc. He has recently finished his first novel, Proverbs.
