Una is an artist, academic and comics creator. Her self-published graphic narratives have explored disability, psychosis, political activism and violence against women and girls. She lives in Yorkshire. Becoming Unbecoming, her first graphic book, was published by Myriad in2015. She has also made On Sanity: One Day In Two Lives (2016, small press) supported by Arts Council England, and Cree (2018, Mayfly Press) commissioned by New Writing North. Her next full length graphic novel, Eve, will be published by Virago in 2020.
