Inigo Ford has lived many lives: as a care home support worker, violin salesman, trampoline park promoter and touring musician. He has now achieved his final form as a horror writer and influencer.

Born and raised in London, his love for the uncanny took hold beneath his grandmother’s desk, listening to the clackety-clack of her typewriter as the candlelight flickered in the eyes of her life-sized Neville Chamberlain dummy.

It was this succession of strange worlds, characters and careers that taught him to accept his own strangeness, and shaped his belief that, in life and writing, there can be no darkness without light, or fear without empathy.

As @inigohorror on TikTok, he has built an online community around horror fiction, running short-story competitions for independent writers, interviewing prominent horror authors and reviewing books. He has self-published two novellas, and GREENFIELDS is his debut novel.
