Kate Tempest’s debut novel hits the bestseller list

Kate Tempest’s debut novel, The Bricks That Built the Houses (Bloomsbury), was published on April 7th and hit the Sunday Times Bestseller List at number 9 and then number 8. 

Next week it will be BBC Radio 4’s Book at Bedtime, starting at 10.45pm on the 23rd May. 

Kate continues to tour the world promoting it. Having completed the UK and US tours, she is now in Australia where she gave the opening address at the Sydney Writer’s Festival. Sydney Morning Herald and ABC
