Miranda Levy is a journalist and author of more than 25 years’ experience. She currently works as a writer and senior commissioning editor for the Daily Telegraph and other national papers, is health editor of Candis magazine and a columnist for the Jewish Chronicle. Earlier in her career, Miranda worked on magazines including Cosmopolitan, before hacking it at the Daily Mail and Sunday Mirror, then heading back to glossies and the launches of GLAMOUR and Grazia. She had two babies, wrote The Rough Guide to Babies in 2006, and became editor of Mother & Baby, where she was twice nominated for a British Society of Magazine Editors award. Miranda covers many topics, but specialises in health. Her latest book, The Insomnia Diaries, was published by Octopus in 2021.
